Qualification criteria:
Become a Pakistani / AJK citizen.
For PhD Scholarships, candidates must have a minimum qualification of MS / M.Phil / ME or equivalent (18 years) before the closing date.
Candidates for MS / M.Phil Scholarship in Engineering Technology should have at least 16 years of education and be registered with National Technology Council (NTS) Pakistan.
